The garden is based on the tales of Pavel Bazhov "The Malachite Box", "The Lady of the Copper Mountain" and others. The action takes place in the Ural mountain mines, where two worlds come into contact: the outer and the underground. On the surface - the unique nature of the Urals - cedar pines, junipers, ferns, herbs and flowers. There is a wealth of minerals underground, where the Mistress of the Copper Mountain reigns. The old railway leads to an abandoned adit, half-flooded with groundwater, through which we find ourselves in fabulous chambers. They are decorated not only with real gemstones, but also with thuja "Smaragd" of an exotic form (emerald in translation means emerald). On the way, we come across lizards - the hostess's assistants.
The Ural is famous for its gems - precious, semi-precious and ornamental stones (malachite, emerald, serpentinite, amethyst, jasper, etc.). From time immemorial, people have been trying to get these treasures. Often they are almost on the surface, but the Mistress of the Copper Mountain gives them only to people with a pure soul and an open heart.
The garden is called the Malachite Box. A fabulous box with jewelry is present in the composition, and the Ural Mountains themselves are a box of Russian jewelry.

The life of the garden, the green world, as well as everything that exists on earth, is associated with molecules and their structure. On the one hand, so fragile and decaying, on the other hand, it is the basis of everything material on earth. The project "Molecular Garden" appeared in discussions on this topic. The main compositional elements of the garden consist of many parts, like everything around a person, consists of molecules.
Our garden is the courtyard of the spa area in an imaginary hotel. It is intended for guests to relax after beauty treatments. The closed structure of the garden makes it possible to enjoy the silence and nature, without being seen by other guests. The garden is designed to calm and relax, convey a sense of serene relaxation and beauty.

The composition contains elements opposite in essence and properties, which, when combined together, give a harmonious garden. This is the essence of life, the law of the universe. Balance and harmony are possible only when masculine and feminine, hard and soft, giver and receiver, heaven and earth are present. The sky irrigates the earth and life is born. The main goal of life is the continuation of Life. This happens when opposites come together. It is very important to strike a balance in the combination of contrasts.

When the dragonfly rings
July is burning, igniting its face.
Everywhere in the world is wisdom alive, And the teardrop holds the rainbow.
Look - cornflowers. From god turquoise
Azure among the fields is a field fairy tale.
All, brightening - carries your words
And the crackling of dragonflies, and ripening seedlings, And the tremor of herbs that are barely warming, And the vines babble into the silver waters.

The garden consists of four zones, or "rooms", representing contrasting traces of habitat. The garden trail invites the visitor on a journey of knowledge through the garden "rooms": the city industrial zone - a lifeless space where the living environment has been lost and is just beginning to recover, a forest area and a wild garden where bees swarm and untouched nature reigns. You can make a trip in any direction - it depends on us!
Playing with the meaning of words, Mankind is Humanity, and Man unkind is an Unkind person, in the name of the garden we are invited to reflect on the influence of man on the environment, nature and the consequences of our choices.
Sculptures by Victoria Chichinadze give the necessary dynamics to this composition.

The Geometry of Nature garden is more than an island of freshness in the center of a hot metropolis.
The composition of the garden is based on the spiral of the golden ratio as a reminder of the structure of the Universe, where there is no important and unimportant, and some elements are repeated at the micro and macro levels. Man is part of this living system.
The multi-colored water lilies are a reference to the works of the great impressionist Claude Monet, who painted about three hundred paintings with water lilies. He, like no one else, knew how to convey the happiness of being here and now.
The space of the garden is conducive to feeling the power of the moment. Watch the movement of fish, the glare of the sun on the water, the trembling of leaves, and feel like a significant part of the world based on the principles of love and harmony.

The idea of the garden was inspired by the medieval legend about the fairy Melusine - the patroness of fresh water in holy springs and rivers. Melusine's Garden is a rethinking of the eternal human desire to live in harmony with nature. In the Middle Ages, this idea was embodied in a religious and mythological context, in our century science has replaced myth.
Following the enfilade of arches, the visitor travels in time, moving back from the eco-friendly flower gardens of our days, through the Art Nouveau, Baroque and Middle Ages, in order to finally realize that in the 21st century modern technology is hidden behind romantic harmony with nature. It depends only on the angle of view what the viewer will see in the mirror - a reflection of the mythical image of the fairy Melusine or her embodiment in a product of scientific and technological progress.

The Forgotten Garden refers us to the heyday of the estate of Nikita Yuryevich Trubetskoy in Neskuchny Garden, to the 50-70s of the 18th century - the era of splendor and splendor of the Elizabethan Baroque.
The star bosquet is part of the manor palace complex. In the words of the author of the palace and park ensemble, architect Dmitry Ukhtomsky, the ensemble of the estate received a vivid expression "a synthesis of regularity of order and splendor."
These aesthetic categories determined the appearance of the estate, which corresponded to the peculiarities of the Russian artistic culture of that era. The geometrically correct pattern of the Gardens and alleys created the impression of solemnity, balance and order.
Our goal is not only to remind about the bygone and forgotten beauty and splendor of Neskuchny Garden, about the distant and lost, about the high style of Russian landscape art, but also to revive the best Russian traditions.

Vide in Futurum (Best Garden, Gold Medal)
Authors of the project: Tatiana Lazareva, Workshop of garden and park art ZELЁNKA STUDIO

Moscow Flower Show 2017. Vide in Futurum
Our garden is a tiny island of nature in the urban world. It represents glades and lawns, with a resting place, mounted on gabions. This is an amazingly beautiful place with picturesque cascading relief and blooming wild and garden plants. From the bustling city, the visitor finds himself in the pastoral of the edge of the forest. The charming picture reveals itself in a completely different light upon closer inspection.
The fragile harmony of nature is disturbed by a huge amount of waste, most of them do not undergo the processes of biological destruction and decay and have been poisoning the environment for decades.
A garden is an opportunity to cut a layer of the earth in the near future, if we do not change our attitude towards the issue of waste disposal. In addition to the skill of a landscape designer, we would like to draw public attention to the problem of waste disposal, because without this, "eco-style life" is impossible.

The central idea of our garden is the hourglass. Imagine that our planet is inside. Nature irrevocably flows away to the needs of civilization.
We are wasting Earth's resources thoughtlessly. Its beauty and pristine nature. The composition is located in the "hourglass". Part of the garden (the open-book street library) belongs to the urban landscape, which flows from the natural principle. In the mirrored skyscrapers located on the page of the book, we see our reflection and nature behind our shoulders. We know ourselves as a part of it. As a whole.
Without hesitation, we take and take from her every day … But if we take it from day to day for years, we rob ourselves!
I wanted man to get in touch with nature. I felt myself a part of it.

Abandoned construction site - the more dangerous, the more interesting, for a child everything turns into an image and worthy of a game. An imitation of devastation, collected in a safe and cozy corner, turns an abandoned place into a center of attraction, where everyone will find a place. Woody plants form dense thickets around the perimeter of the site and form a space for joint recreation of adults and children. They sprouted from seeds that were carried by birds and wind to this abandoned construction site, which has now been adapted for a new function. The force of nature demonstrates its opposition to what man has done and abandoned. This is the very buttress. Counterforce and support. Flower crops are placed in a tree canopy and splash onto a gravel area. Containers made of large concrete tracks are carefully planted with annuals and perennials.

The modern rhythm of life dictates its own rules to us. We do everything on the run, losing the ability to stop in time and feel the power of the moment. Think. Make an important decision. Hear your desires. Look around, notice the details.
Therefore, in a modern metropolis, a person needs an ISLAND FOR LIFE, giving strength, filling him with energy and inspiration.
Abandoned and unnecessary territories of old factories and enterprises have a chance to transform. Without making big changes, and working correctly with the space, you can fill them with living forms and volumes.
A person, getting into such an atmosphere, has the opportunity to pause, he can feel that he lives here and now, and is not constantly in a hurry somewhere.
And behind the old fence of an abandoned factory a unique place appears - an ISLAND FOR LIFE!

Stop for a moment … Breathe in and look into the window of nature. You can see its gramony and serenity: a large tree spreads its branches in an open meadow, carefully nesting grasses and flowers with its shadow, birds have found shelter in its branches, the sun caresses the delicate greenery. It's amazing how the laws of nature work: without labor and effort, everything is interconnected, harmonious, truly beautiful and … indestructible!
The basket filled with fruits reminds you of the human presence in the natural world! We are in her house, we are a part of her, we are guests, where we became the owners. The planet is our home!
We must remember that man did not appear here in the first place, and this is no accident. Take a look around! How much change man has created through his own efforts! Fortunately, man is intelligent!
And he is able to make changes for the better, observing the laws of nature and preserving its values!

When creating our eco-garden, we put at the forefront the idea that the principle of harmonious existence and human development in a metropolis directly depends on the presence and state of wildlife in the city and its environs. In Moscow, as in any other big city, every living creature should have a comfortable place to live, its own Home: be it an animal, bird, person or insect. We are vital to each other. Leaving of any kind will inevitably lead to the deterioration and gradual departure of others, violate the natural harmony!
In our man-made garden, all the natural components of the ecosystem are represented, creating natural conditions for a healthy habitat for plants and animals, and therefore for humans.

Moscow Flower Show 2017. Iconic image
A typical Russian landscape - birches, wildflowers … In the middle of the meadow is the foundation of the church. Perhaps old, destroyed, or new under construction. Someday it will be completed or restored. In the meantime, there is only a small chapel - as a memory of the past or a promise of the future. This is not a temple, but a place for prayer.
A sign that everyone will recognize.

The exhibition garden is arranged according to the principle of mirror reflection. The idea of a water garden is shown in the mirrored surface of the fountain, reflection of the surface of the water, repetition of texture and elements of opposite sides.
The task of the garden is to demonstrate aquatic plants, their beauty and showiness of flowering, a variety of forms and species in texture and color. All groups of pond plants are represented in the reservoir: deep-water, shallow-water, oxygenators, floating and coastal.
The mysterious underwater world attracts the attention of many, but everyone sees only their own reflection.

A modern garden is a garden for life, it must meet the requirements of the present time and bring joy to the people living in it. Man, being a part of nature, is inextricably linked with the world around him. Trying to create a harmonious space around him, inspired by the purity of forms and the beauty of natural landscapes, he strives for interaction with natural sources, psychological comfort.
The main feature of our garden is an intriguing curtain of airy silhouettes of laconic birches in the center of the composition. Walking through the garden, you can choose several areas for relaxation, and the private part of the garden, opening up a new space filled with air and light, will help us isolate ourselves from the modern hustle and bustle.

The idea of the project is to create a functional garden living room that would help us enjoy every sunny day and warm summer evenings in a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
The center of the garden is the large garden BBQ fireplace SCAVORA, which is made of special alloy steel. Around the fireplace area there are seats for heart-to-heart conversations and singing with a guitar on long summer evenings.
A special feature is the presence of a mini-vegetable garden, which carries both a bright decorative accent, and the opportunity to pamper family members and guests with ecologically grown vegetables. As the saying goes: "On the table right from the garden!"
For convenience, a dining area with a canopy from the sun and rain is provided, as well as a kitchen and bar counter.
Neatly laid firewood, river pebble flooring, stone steps add a special eco-aesthetics and ease of use.
The proposed garden can be easily created even on a mini-plot of typical tatsnhouses.

An adult child is a child forced to grow up while his parents are busy providing him with a "better life."
In modern society, such childhood has long been the norm. However, the norm is a statistical concept, it is not at all what it should be.
Our garden is a symbol of the loneliness of small, but already quite adults. They become hermits in their own family and live, like our hobbit, in their world, in their little house, with their big dreams of daily live communication with dad and mom. What he always has is his live communication with plants. The garden and nature as a whole can become a positive point of contact, a common hobby for the child and parents. Our garden encourages people to think about this problem in society.
