Within the framework of the largest international exhibition in Russia "FlowersExpo-2016", on September 13-14, the main competition of domestic florists took place - the 17th open Championship of Russia in professional floristry "Russian Cup 2016", organized by the National Guild of Florists. 12 florists, winners and prize-winners of qualifying competitions took part in it.
The general theme of all competition tasks is “Be relevant - be yourself”.
The contestants were offered 5 tasks:
- Floral art object or composition
- Surprise mission
- Surprise mission
- Model decoration
- Author's art bouquet
The first place and the honorary title of the Champion of Russia in professional floristry 2016 was won by Vitaly Pyatakov (St. Petersburg).
The second place - Anna Popova (Moscow), the third - Olga Kazantseva (Plast, Chelyabinsk region).
